Privacy Policy
Last updated 28 July 2026 · Value Solutions LLC
Value Solutions LLC ("Value Solutions," "we," "us") provides leadership development, behavioral assessment, and coaching services. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and what control you have over it. It covers both this website and the assessment and coaching services we deliver.
1. Information we collect
When you visit this website
- Analytics events — page views and clicks, the page URL, the referring URL, any campaign tags (UTM parameters) in the link you followed, your browser's user-agent string, and a randomly generated visitor and session identifier stored in your browser. We do not collect your IP address into our analytics records, and we do not use third-party advertising trackers or cross-site cookies.
- Nothing at all, if your browser sends a "Do Not Track" signal — we check for it and skip analytics entirely.
When you contact us or request something
- Your name, email address, the nature of your interest, an optional budget range, and whatever you write in the message field.
When you purchase an assessment
- Your name and email address, and the offer you selected.
- Payment card details are never sent to us or stored by us. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. You enter your card information directly on Stripe's hosted checkout page. We receive only a confirmation that payment succeeded, the amount, and a transaction reference. See Stripe's privacy policy.
When you complete an assessment
- Assessment responses and resulting profile scores — your DISC Index, Values Index, and/or Attributes Index results. These are generated and hosted by our assessment provider, Innermetrix International, under their own terms and privacy practices.
- Notes taken during your debrief or coaching sessions.
2. How we use this information
- To deliver the assessment, debrief, coaching, or program you or your organization engaged us for.
- To respond to your inquiry and schedule conversations.
- To process payment and keep required financial records.
- To understand which pages and campaigns bring people to this site, in aggregate.
- To send you material you asked for. We do not sell your information to anyone, ever, and we do not send unsolicited marketing to people who did not ask for it.
3. When your employer is the buyer
Organizations frequently purchase assessments and coaching for their teams. In that situation there are two different relationships, and we keep them separate on purpose:
- What the sponsoring organization receives: team-level and aggregate findings — composite maps, group patterns, friction dynamics, and recommendations — plus confirmation of who participated.
- What stays between you and the consultant: the specific content of your 1:1 debrief and coaching conversations. We do not report the substance of an individual coaching conversation back to your employer.
- Your individual profile report is shared with you. Whether your individual scores are also shared with your manager or HR is a decision made by the sponsoring organization in how it scopes the engagement — ask before you begin, and we will tell you plainly what the arrangement is for your specific program.
Assessments are used here for development. They are not clinical or diagnostic instruments, and we do not provide them for pre-employment selection, promotion decisions, or termination decisions.
4. Case studies, testimonials, and published material
We sometimes describe our work publicly. The following rules are absolute:
- We never publish an individual's assessment scores, profile, or the content of their coaching sessions — not with a name attached, not with a pseudonym, not "anonymized."
- We never publish a direct quote or testimonial from a participant without that person's specific, prior, written permission for that use.
- Where we describe engagement outcomes, we do so at a level that cannot be traced back to an individual, and we identify organizations by role band and sector (for example, "a people leader at a Fortune 30 media company") rather than by name, unless the organization has separately and expressly agreed to be named.
- If you granted permission and later change your mind, tell us and we will remove the material. There is no time limit on that right and you do not need to give a reason.
5. Who else touches your information
We use a small number of service providers, each for a specific purpose:
- Innermetrix International — administers and scores the assessments.
- Stripe, Inc. — payment processing.
- Google Workspace — email and scheduling.
- TAK Ventures LLC (Taktari) — the business operating system behind this site, which hosts the website, stores contact and engagement records, and processes them solely on our instruction and solely to run Value Solutions' operations.
- Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting and delivery.
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We disclose it otherwise only if compelled by law, and only to the extent required.
6. How long we keep it
- Website analytics events: 24 months.
- Contact and lead records: 36 months from last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
- Assessment results and engagement records: for the duration of the engagement plus 7 years, to meet business record obligations — unless you request deletion, which we honor except where we are legally required to retain a financial record.
7. Your rights
Wherever you live, you may ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you;
- give you a copy of it;
- correct anything inaccurate;
- delete it;
- stop using it for a particular purpose, including any marketing.
Email justin@justinbrownvs.com and we will respond within 30 days. We will not charge you or make you justify the request. If you are in California, the CCPA/CPRA gives you these rights explicitly and also the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them — we honor that. If you are in the EEA or UK, you additionally have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
8. Security
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (TLS) and stored with access limited to Justin Brown and the platform operator acting on Value Solutions' behalf. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your personal information we will notify you and any required regulator promptly.
9. Children
These services are for working adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. Where Value Solutions works with student-athlete programs, participation and any data collection is arranged through the sponsoring institution with appropriate consent.
10. Changes
If we change this policy materially we will update the date at the top and, where the change affects how we use information you already gave us, tell you directly.
